S5 Style is a very impressive website, using very emotive canvas background coupled with audio elements to give a minimal design, very much in keeping with Japanese style. The simplicity of the implementation is excellent, with creative use of headers, sections, asides and content. There is a contact form which lacks microformats and actual form elements but otherwise, a most elegant implementation.
