The Landings' Culinary Team, led by Executive Sous Chef Pat Pascal, took home the prize for Best Presentation at St. Lucia's recent Rhythm & Spice Festival. In other exciting TLSL culinary news, Landings' Sous Chef Gilrey Samuel was honored by participating with St. Lucia's national team in the CHTA's 2010 Taste of the Caribbean. Chef Samuel and St. Lucia brought home the Bronze Medal.
